Are you someone with class, style, an attractive image, and an outgoing and positive personality? Do you love chocolate and love talking with people? Can you memorize scripts and information quickly? And are you a confident and accomplished public speaker, with no stage fright?
Apply to work with the sweetest tour in town: Chicago Chocolate Tours! We're looking for part-time tourguides ("choc stars") on an independent contractor basis, and we tour year-round.
Get paid $40 per tour, plus tips and bonuses (and free chocolate of course!). Training provided. Additional perks: come into contact with the corporate executives, lawyers, tourism and hospitality professionals, bachelorette parties, and others who take our tours. Chicago Chocolate Tours Group Sales Manager
Do you love chocolate, and love people? Are you highly motivated and highly organized? Are you excited about working in the tourism and hospitality industry and making people happy every day? Our entrepreneurial team is looking for YOU!
Group Sales Manager
Objectives:
Reach out to our lists of prospects, and generate new lists of prospects, to invite them to book chocolate tours.
Contact at least 100 people per week, and as momentum builds start booking 2 tours per week, then 5, and then 10.
Meet with company president weekly to go over lists of people contacted, results, and next steps.
Work includes:
Book chocolate tours for conventions, corporate groups, sororities, and others.
Liaise with other tourism and hospitality professionals for networking and to arrange a comprehensive experience for our chocolate tour groups.
Maintain and create spreadsheets, and track contacts in our database.
Create monthly newsletter for the hospitality community to keep them up-to-date on our Chicago Chocolate Tours news.

Help Wanted: Marketing and Office Intern
Perfect for a student or professional looking for hands-on marketing and business experience in a thriving and exciting 3-year-old startup company, with a social entrepreneurship angle. - Coordinating initiatives with CARE, our charity of choice.
- Pitching Chicago Chocolate Tours to the media through press releases and other outreach.

- Getting our tours listed on tourism, bridal, and other websites, and keeping our listings up-to-date.
- Representing Chicago Chocolate Tours at trade shows and events.
- Donating our gift certificates to charities and other organizations.
- Helping update our Facebook and twitter sites.

Work includes:
- Maintain our schedule of chocolate tours for the public and for private groups.
- Schedule customers for chocolate tours, and schedule tourguides to lead the tours.
- Reply to phone and email inquiries, to book tours and answer questions.
- Make sure tourguides have necessary materials.
- Keep office materials and documents organized online and "offline."
- Process credit cards, and email receipts.
- Other duties that arise.
You:
